We normally use 3 types of vehicles: 4 door sedans, SUVs or 10 passenger vans, depending on the size of your group. If you need a different kind of vehicle, please specify on your request (additional fees may apply).

No hidden fees. Parking, Taxes, Airport/Port fees and tolls are included in your quote.

A prepayment of at least 50% is required with credit/debit card over the phone or via PayPal. Once you become a regular customer prepayment will not be required.

No, gratuities are not included. It is customary 20% of the fare and your driver will appreciate it.

There is no need to worry. We are constantly tracking the flights and we should be aware of the changes. However, if your flight is delayed at departure ONE HOUR or more, you need to let us know immediately to reschedule your pick up.

You may call at least 24 hours before your arrival to get a 100% refund. (A conversation with an agent is required)
